The three elements of the vulcanizer: pressure, time, and temperature.
1. The pressure is transmitted from the hydraulic system to the hydraulic cylinder through the system piping. The plunger is transferred to the platform and to the cavity through the hot plate and the mold wall.
2. The temperature is provided by the heating medium and is transferred to the product in the cavity through the hot plate and the mold wall.
3. The time is calculated according to the technological requirements and materials of the product.
According to the frame structure, the vulcanizing machine is mainly divided into two types: vertical flat vulcanizing machine and frame flat vulcanizing machine; according to the number of working layers, there can be single layer and multi-layer: according to the hydraulic system, the working medium can have oil pressure. And water pressure (more oil pressure now).
In the rubber industry of vulcanizers, column vulcanizers are older machines. The flat vulcanizer used in the past is also a columnar structure, but currently mainly uses a frame structure. Compared with column type vulcanizing machine, frame type vulcanizing machine has certain price advantage and high cost performance.
